Hi, my name is Emily Bache, specialist in automated testing and agile engineering practices at Bache Consulting, based in Göteborg, Sweden.
With a team of developers I like to start with an inspirational whole day workshop, discussing what agile means for programmers, and the kinds of technical practices you need to introduce. We often follow this with a series of Coding Dojo meetings where we learn skills like Test Driven Development and Refactoring.
I also offer seminars and coaching on topics such as Behaviour Driven Development and Agility with Legacy Code. What I teach is based on many years experience working as a programmer in a wide variety of organizations from large corporation to small startup. I have also published a book "The Coding Dojo Handbook", and a video course with Pluralsight "Coding Dojo: Test Driven Development".
I can help you as an individual or team of developers become more confident to handle changing requirements, meet your commitments, and produce quality software. I am generally available for training or consulting, please get in touch via the contact form.
