Technical Coach train-the-trainer: Deliver Learning Hours

3rd & 10th August 2023, 14:00 - 17:00 CET

Deliver learning hours for your team.

This course is highly interactive and participatory, and led by the experienced technical coach Emily Bache. It is designed for technical leaders and software developers who want to address technical debt and improve code quality by increasing the skill of their team.

Training topics:

• Technical coaching introduction including summary of the Samman method
• Sharon Bowman’s 4C teaching model
• Bloom’s taxonomy for learning goals
• Facilitation skills for team discussions
• Hands-on practice leading learning sessions in small groups
• Feedback and reflection on how to lead technical change

After this course you should be able to lead short focused “learning hour” sessions with your team, for example the ones listed on the Samman Society website. The training is two half days, both online, with Emily Bache. 3rd & 10th August 14:00 - 17:00 CET
