Course Cancellation Policy
Bache Consulting applies the following rules and policies for course cancellation:
- Course sign-up (booking of a seat) is binding for the participant’s organization upon receiving our booking confirmation notice, confirming a seat for the participant.
- Cancellation of attendance should always be sent to info@bacheconsulting.com
- When cancellation is received 4-2 weeks in advance of course start date, the participant’s organization shall pay 50% of the course fee.
- When cancellation is received 2-0 weeks in advance of course start date, the participant’s organization shall pay 100% of the course fee.
- In the event of unforeseen impediments to participation, the seat can be transferred to another person. This must be communicated to info@bacheconsulting.com
- Bache Consulting AB is entitled to cancel a course, upon which all paid course fees will be reimbursed to all course participants. No additional reimbursement will be paid.
- Bache Consulting AB usually sends an invoice for the course fee in advance of course start date.
